Resident Bio:

HC is an intelligent, hard-working, and spectacularly stylish individual who remained unhoused for decades due to multiple medical conditions. In the 6 months prior to entering in to the IHS program HC generated 94 calls to the Northampton 911 dispatch system. This number reduced to 18 calls in the 6 months after moving into the IHS program.

We are SO proud of HC for having ZERO interactions with the 911 dispatch system over the last 3 months and obtaining part-time employment as a house painter.

“I was walking to work the other day, and passed a familiar person, who has been living (dying?) on the Northampton streets for the past several years. I hadn't seen this person in a few months, and hoped that something good had happened for them... They looked much, much better-- clean, healthier, calmer.”
