Our Vision
Our core purpose is to provide life-stabilizing, affordable, permanent housing with support services for people who live on limited incomes. By offering a model of excellence in high quality housing and services, our vision is to become a permanent institution serving Northampton’s most vulnerable citizens. We pursue our mission of neighborhood revitalization by providing clean, safe, and affordable housing; managing public spaces; and administering supportive services. We recognize the need for all people to be seen, heard, and treated in a way that celebrates their individuality.
We will practice self-awareness, acting in a way that ensures staff, neighbors, and residents are respected, supported, and given the guidance needed for the community to reach its’ full potential.
