IB lived outdoors in Hampshire County for over 5 years. His medical conditions made staying in shelters challenging. Prior to being housed by IHS, this resident was seen as unapproachable by many and he struggled to find community. Today, IB is working fulltime at a local small business, advocates for the unhoused, and making front page news!
